Making A Purchase:

By Browsing through our online store, you can click on the items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished you can choose your delivery option and click the “Check Out” Button. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Paypal and most major credit cards thru Paypal. Payments are processed thru Paypal who uses PayPal SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don’t have to worry about paying people you don’t know.

Shipping Information:

We aim to dispatch all standard ground shipments within two working days. The shipping timelines outlined during checkout are specific to transit time and do not include the 1-2 day processing time in our warehouse. Please note that larger freight orders can take up to 2 weeks processing time.

Terms of Use:

Specialty Resin & Chemical attempt to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit. Specialty Resin & Chemical makes no warranties, either express or implied, as to a product’s suitability for a particular application, or that any such use will not infringe a copyright or patent. User shall determine suitability of the product for the intended application and assume all associated risks and liability. Specialty Resin & Chemical shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from proper/improper use of products. User assumes all risks and liability in connection therewith.

Guarantee:

Our materials are guaranteed for 6 months upon date of purchase and will be replaced if found faulty.

Returns-  Should you have a need to return product to SRC, please click here Contact Form – SRC to request a Return Materials Authorization number created for you.  Return orders received without an RMA number will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

Return/Refund Policy

Polytek® may, in its sole discretion, accept returns for unopened, unused material within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Before returning any Product, Buyer must obtain a return authorization from Polytek®, which will be valid for no more than fifteen (15) business days from the date of Polytek®’s issuance, provided that Polytek® receives the returned Product within the 15 business-day period. Buyer must prepay all freight, however, Polytek® will issue Buyer a credit for freight where Polytek®determines that nonconforming Product has been delivered. We reserve the right to assess a restocking fee of up to 10% on any return. Any unauthorized return will automatically be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued using the same form of payment initially used to make the purchase.
