Making A Purchase:

By Browsing through our online store, you can click on the items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished you can choose your delivery option and click the “Check Out” Button. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Paypal and most major credit cards thru Paypal. Payments are processed thru Paypal who uses PayPal SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, we will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don’t have to worry about paying people you don’t know.

Shipping Information:

We aim to dispatch all standard ground shipments within two working days. The shipping timelines outlined during checkout are specific to transit time and do not include the 1-2 day processing time in our warehouse. Please note that larger freight orders can take up to 2 weeks processing time.

Terms of Use:

Specialty Resin & Chemical attempt to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit. Specialty Resin & Chemical makes no warranties, either express or implied, as to a product’s suitability for a particular application, or that any such use will not infringe a copyright or patent. User shall determine suitability of the product for the intended application and assume all associated risks and liability. Specialty Resin & Chemical shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from proper/improper use of products. User assumes all risks and liability in connection therewith.

Guarantee:

Our materials are guaranteed for 6 months upon date of purchase and will be replaced if found faulty.

Return Policy

We aim to please our customers and through our fair policy we retain customers for a long-lasting relationship. This has enabled our company to steadily grow. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, follow the directions below and we will repair, replace, exchange the product(s) or issue a refund. Unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened products are not returnable unless authorized by Specialty Resin & Chemical. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

With the product you are returning please include a note with your name, a return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion issue a full refund to your credit card or PayPal account.
