Flex-It 90 is a semi-rigid urethane casting resin designed for casting abrasion resistant molds, seals, gaskets, models, prototypes, parts, rollers, etc.. It is semi-rigid in mass castings and flexible in thin cross-sections. FLEX-IT 90 has excellent abrasion resistance, tear strength, tensile strength, and has good chemical resistance.

Easy to use, very good casting
Did not work for me, too many fine bubbles when curing. Not usable for making a seal , bubbles caused the surface to be too course even when polished with 1500.
I made some center console trim pieces for my corvette i am rebuilding. Working time is low but results are awesome.
Overall I think the product worked ok.
This is the first time I have tried casting polyurethane.
The end use is for a form for casting concrete.
The fast set up time was ok but I think it trapped some air bubbles that affected the quality of the mold.
I will be placing an order for more and could use any guidance or insight.
