a very handy resin

I had a request from a customer for some of my products in black resin. i initially tried adding dye to my resin by hand but the results were inconsistent and wasted good product. This product gives a nice solid black final piece.

Customer Service is the BEST!

So I wrote a review about my product being light gray instead of black and SRC was on top of it!! They were super responsive and did some troubleshooting with me. When the problem could not be resolved, they immediately replaced my item and sent me what I need to fix the product I have. Thank you so much for you AWESOME customer support!!

My Model Pro Black is not black

I ordered two, 2 gallon kits of Model Pro Black. I don’t know if I received a bad batch, but my first pour with the second set cured light gray at best. It’s super disappointing because I use the resin for chameleon micas and my results are not as vibrant and they should be. I would really appreciate some input on why this is happening. I have pictures if needed.

Best resin I've used in 18+ years of producing cast products for commercial sale.

The customer service rep is the best I've ever dealt with, bent over backwards to help me in a more than timely fashion. Recommend this company to anyone needing resin products and the best in customer service AAA+++
